This purse was much too small. I tried to obtain the measurements from your Help desk, but she claimed she could not obtain the size either. She said she would call me back, but she did not. I ordered the purse anyway, and then had to return it. A waste of time for both parties. This could be avoided if you would simply provide the purse measurements, or at least show them being held by someone.

I don't like to carry a lot of junk with me, so this is absolutely perfect. My Kindle fits inside with a little case for cards/cash. Some chapstick and lip gloss fit nicely in that tiny pocket in the back. My phone fits in the front pocket, which is super convenient to drop things into or slip things out of. My keys end up there too!

If I carry my large wallet, I have to use a skinny Kindle sleeve for both to fit.

I really love this cross body bag and honestly can't think of anything negative or critical to say.

This past week I ordered one of these bags in Mocha. Even though my packing slip says that the color Mocha was shipped, what arrived was the Metallic Olive. (If you look online, the two colors do resemble each other, but the one is much shinier than the other.) I loved the purse but did not at all like the color. I felt that the bag I received had a metallic look that made the purse appear rather cheap looking. I've since returned it and am tempted to reorder but Mocha is the only color that I really like, and worry about a duplicate problem. It appears to be a well made handbag, and I loved the way it fit as a cross body bag--an extremely comfortable little bag.
